4. Non-Transferable: This coupon is non-transferable and can only be used by the person it was issued.

5. Cannot be Combined: This coupon cannot be combined with any other offers. 

6. One-time Use: This coupon can only be used once per customer.

7. Online Redemption: Redemption must be completed via an online form. Our service team will contact you within 1-2 working days via WhatsApp to understand your need better prior to further arrangements.

8. Service Hours: This coupon is valid for service delivery under normal working hours Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (excluding Public Holidays).

9. Validity: This 10-year anniversary Free Gift redemption is applicable to any existing & returning Termite & General Pest Control Klang Valley customers (who have signed a package with us before) from 2012 - 2021. Proof of Purchase (official receipt or found recorded in our CRM database) is required.
   Returning customers need only to purchase any product or service of any value (as low as RM20) to reactivate their customer account for a second qualification of redemption.
